In the Pharmacy N.S. Montallegro of drs. Giovanelli a Pharmathek robot has been installed behind the counter. One of the short sides of the robot is realized in glass in order to allow by-walkers to see the mechanical gripper Euclid3D in action.<\/p>\n

To make its presence even more visible, the interior of the robot has been enriched with an LED lighting system that continuously changes colour.<\/p>\n

In addition to the service exit, the robot has three more exits, two of which behind the main counter and one near the area dedicated to dermocosmetics.<\/p>\n

What led you to decide to automate your pharmacy?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We have been interested in automation for some time but what prompted us to take the initiative was the presence of tax breaks that allowed us to install our robot with a profitable investment.<\/p>\n

In addition to this, we knew that the installation of a robot for pharmacies would allow us to work in a faster and more modern way, both from the point of view of warehouse management and from the point of view of time spent in contact with the customers.<\/p>\n

Customers immediately showed curiosity and this soon turned into appreciation for having a trusted pharmacy at the cutting edge also from a technological point of view.<\/p>\n
