Doctor Tissot, what led you to decide to robotize your pharmacy?<\/h4>\n

I chose to install a robotic warehouse because my pharmacy was not performing well and had lagged behind the evolution of the industry. I didn’t have a place to display non-prescription products, so I just sold prescription products. This resulted in a rather low turnover and very low margins.<\/p>\n

It was necessary to do something, first of all renovating the sales area and inserting a department dedicated to dermocosmetics but I didn’t have enough surface available. The robot allowed me to save the space I needed to insert one.<\/p>\n

Are you satisfied with your Pharmathek robot?<\/h4>\n

Definitely yes! The robot allowed me not to recover both space and time to dedicate to my customers. Being able to spend more time with them at the counter, I can advise them better, offering more products and this has allowed me to increase the turnover of the pharmacy.<\/p>\n

In addition, few pharmacies in Switzerland are equipped with a pharmacy robot and this has allowed my pharmacy to obtain a modern and up-to-date image.<\/p>\n
