Today, however, I had to adapt all this to the hectic pace of modern life. <strong>The dispensing robot has proved to be the ideal solution to our needs<\/strong>, becoming an essential tool for bringing about a real change of pace in the pharmacy and improving our service.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What led you to choose Pharmathek?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">My decade-long\u00a0relationship\u00a0with <strong>Pharmathek\u2019s\u00a0local\u00a0sales representative<\/strong>, Camillo Scioti,\u00a0was\u00a0decisive. The touchscreen, with its customisable dashboard, is an excellent tool, as are the numerous features that go beyond simply loading, unloading and storing boxes. I find functions\u00a0such as\u00a0<strong>expiry date\u00a0checks<\/strong>, tracking\u00a0the movements of\u00a0specific\u00a0products and the ability\u00a0to see\u00a0exactly\u00a0what\u00a0I\u00a0have\u00a0in stock in real time particularly useful.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">According to your colleagues, what is SINTESI\u2019s most important function?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Without\u00a0a doubt, <strong>deadline monitoring<\/strong> is a\u00a0key function,\u00a0although\u00a0our\u00a0warehouse manager\u00a0would say that the real benefit is \u2018<em>the time saved when organising the boxes<\/em>\u2019. To this I would add the <strong>precision with which the dispensing robot carries out every task<\/strong> and its ability to <strong>serve all four workbenches simultaneously.<\/strong><\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What do you think of the Pharmaload automatic loader?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Massimiliano,\u00a0our warehouse manager,\u00a0has put\u00a0Pharmaload\u00a0through its paces several\u00a0times with proper stress tests: <strong>the\u00a0automatic\u00a0loader\u00a0has\u00a0always come out\u00a0on\u00a0top.<\/strong> Every\u00a0machine\u00a0needs a\u00a0running-in period, but after\u00a0over a\u00a0year of\u00a0working\u00a0with\u00a0Sintesi and the\u00a0automatic loader, we\u2019re convinced\u00a0we made the best\u00a0choice. <strong>You\u00a0just set the\u00a0delivery note\u00a0number, drop\u00a0the boxes in\u00a0and let\u00a0it\u00a0do the\u00a0rest.<\/strong> This represents a\u00a0huge\u00a0added value. Of course, no machine is\u00a0perfect\u00a0and\u00a0there\u2019s\u00a0always room for improvement, but we\u2019ve had the chance to deal with errors generated by both Euclid3D and Pharmaload, and all of them were resolved quickly and with minimal effort. That\u2019s why it\u2019s important to have a dedicated person who takes full charge of these operations.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Why did you choose to customise the dispensing robot\u2019s appearance?<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The dispensing robot\u00a0doesn\u2019t just have a technical role, but also\u00a0an architectural\u00a0one, as\u00a0it acts as\u00a0a dividing element between\u00a0the back-of-house area and the entrance area.
