Doctor Moretto\u2019s pharmacy is located in a small town where the installation of the robot has generated much curiosity and interest from the community.<\/p>\n

This is also because the robotic warehouse has been designed not to go unnoticed: placed behind the counter, the robot has several glass panels through which it is possible to see the inside of the robot continuously change colour thanks to the specially installed LED lighting system.<\/p>\n

The desire to innovate, combined with the desire to have more space and more services.<\/p>\n

What led you to decide to rely on Pharmathek for the automation of your pharmacy?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The fact that, in addition to being satisfied from a technological point of view, I felt comfortable with the company and its people. I got in touch with the company during a pharmacy trade exhibition, where I went to find out more about technological innovation in my industry. I was attracted by the robot, I was watching it when the Pharmathek sales manager showed up and asked me if he could help me. He explained to me the advantages of warehouse automation and Pharmathek technology, the operation of the Euclid3D mechanical gripper and the Pharmaload automatic loader.<\/p>\n

I didn’t need to go to other suppliers at that point: I had already decided that I would have a Pharmathek robot in my pharmacy.<\/p>\n

What has changed in the pharmacy since the installation of the Pharmathek robot?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

It has certainly changed the image of the pharmacy. We operate in a small town, a \u201cvillage\u201d, and the installation of the robot generated a lot of curiosity and interest from the community and now the pharmacy is perceived as very innovative.<\/p>\n

At the work level, since now we no longer have to run back and forth from the counter to the drawer units, work is slower, calmer and more serene. In addition to this “comfort” factor, it must be said that the robot allows us to keep everything under control and therefore acts as a controller on the current state of the warehouse.<\/p>\n

Many pharmacists usually give the robot a name. Is this also the case in your pharmacy?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Yes, but there is no official one. We call it in many ways, although the most popular seems to be Gigetto.<\/p>\n
