The robot designed for Pharmacy Capovilla of Doctor Boaretto, features relatively small dimensions and, on the surface facing the interior of the room, two glass panels from which it is possible to admire the mechanical manipulator in action.<\/p>\n

As in all Pharmathek robots, the loading and picking activity can be carried out simultaneously. With manual loading, it is possible to load up to 500 packages per hour.<\/p>\n

Doctor Boaretto, what led you to automate your pharmacy?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I decided to automate my pharmacy because drawer units are an obsolete storage system. I couldn’t stand to see my co-workers literally climb up the drawers to get the products.<\/p>\n

The installation of the robot represents a revolution in the pharmacy and we are satisfied. The staff learnt how to best manage the time in order to dialog with the customers and investigate their needs.<\/p>\n

How did the customers react to inserting the robot?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Good: everyone compliments us for Taddeo (that’s how we call our robot) who allowed us to make the service and image of the pharmacy more modern.<\/p>\n

What led you to rely on Pharmathek for the automation of your pharmacy?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We chose Pharmathek, for two reasons. First, the company: there was sympathy and empathy with everyone, both with those who set up the robot, those who made the project etc. They all proved to be really competent and smart. Second because the robot convinced us immediately. So compact, slim and modern. We wanted to win. And we won!<\/p>\n
