The Clap\u00e9s 1925 Pharmacy has important needs. Hence the decision to install two very long Sintesi robots. The two robots were placed side by side, so that the Pharmaload autoloader could be shared for optimal product loading.<\/p>\n

Before Pharmathek, I had a competitor\u2019s robot in the pharmacy, but it had become obsolete and I was going to completely change the structure of my pharmacy.<\/p>\n

What impressed me about Pharmathek was the personalized treatment they offered me. They created a tailor-made automation project capable of responding to the needs of the new layout.<\/p>\n

This is because I have a pharmacy on three floors and with high sales volumes, so I needed a system with high containment capacity and able to get the products through multiple exits.<\/p>\n

I can therefore say that I chose Pharmathek because it offered me options that other companies could not offer.<\/p>\n

The warehouse system created for me included two Sintesi robotic units that share a single Pharmaload automatic loader, in the configuration with extended loading hopper so that a higher number of products can be poured.<\/p>\n

The manipulator inside the robotic units is Euclid3D, a gripper that I personally consider perfect, present in the double manipulator configuration.<\/p>\n

Speaking of the advantages, it is well known that the robot allows you to devote more time and attention to the customer and less to the management of products: in the counter service we are now much more relaxed.<\/p>\n

At the level of logistical organization, I believe that the robot allows us to have everything more under control, especially as regards the management of expiration dates.<\/p>\n
