The Municipal Pharmacy n.2 of Pistoia has recently moved to a new structure in which the management has decided to insert a Pharmathek robotic warehouse in order to ensure a greater presence of pharmacists at the counter and therefore a better service to the customers.

The robot installed, white in colour and placed behind the counter, is equipped with two slim manipulators and with the Pharmaload automatic loader aimed at automating the process of inserting products into the robot.
