PERFUME MUSEUM

In this museum in Paris, a robotic warehouse was installed inside the shop area with the aim of offering a completely innovative shopping experience. Equipped with a glass wall through which visitors can admire the robot in action, the robot is equipped with a mechanical gripper that picks up and delivers the product in special rotating glass containers placed in the front of the robot.

The order is made via tablet and transmitted to the robot via Wi-Fi.

We chose to equip ourselves with the Pharmathek robot because we wanted to offer a completely innovative shopping experience. Nowadays, in order to stand out on the market, it is important to offer not only products but experiences. And it is precisely what the robot does: it spectacularizes the delivery phase of the product, otherwise not much appreciated, creating a huge added value, both in terms of costumer experience and image of the store, now perceived as highly innovative and modern.

In addition to this, there are undeniable advantages from the point of view of inventory management, such as the constantly updated inventory, a compact and always tidy warehouse and a substantial reduction in theft.
