We have always wanted to improve the way we work and make our processes more efficient.

In a competitive environment, greater flexibility and efficiency in our day-to-day management are important to us. The robot helps us organise our work better and work more effectively.

How has working in the pharmacy changed since you first switched on the robot?

Today, we have greater control over stock levels, expiry dates and medication management. Many tasks have become easier to organise, and we can work more accurately.

 

Do you find SINTESI easy to use?

Yes, absolutely. The system is intuitive and responds quickly. It’s easy to use, almost like a mobile phone.

 

At first, however, your team had some doubts. How did things go?

Yes, at first they were a little concerned. It was something new, and they wondered how it would change their work.

Above all, they wanted to understand whether they would be able to use the robot easily and continue serving patients as quickly as before.

Once they started working with SINTESI, however, their perspective changed. Today, the robot helps them retrieve medications faster and devote their time to other tasks.

And what makes us happiest is seeing them smile while they work.

 

What do you think of the Pharmaload automatic loader?

For us, the biggest benefit is the time it saves.

Before Pharmaload, our team had to spend a lot of time checking and putting away medications. Today, the process is more accurate and much easier to manage.

 

Does the robot’s position behind the counter spark your customers’ curiosity?

Yes, especially because they can watch SINTESI in action. Some patients ask us questions and want to know how it works.

Children, in particular, are fascinated by the robot and enjoy watching the gripper move behind the glass panels.

Seeing them smile is one of the things that makes us happiest.

 

Based on your experience, would you recommend Pharmathek to your colleagues?

Yes, definitely. We really appreciate our relationship with Pharmathek, the solutions they have offered us and the support we have received.
