When a pharmacy grows, its technology needs to evolve too.
After a first experience with an automated system, Bellato Pharmacy chose Pharmathek for a new project built around its specific needs: eight counter stations, ample working space and the need to reduce staff movements and dedicate more time to patients.
The new system was designed following a careful analysis of the pharmacy’s spaces and workflows, with the aim of making day-to-day operations more efficient, from product handling to delivery to the counters.
A distinctive element of the project is the integration of 3 QuickAir systems, which create 6 direct delivery lines between the SINTESI robot and the sales area. A solution designed to support the pharmacy’s eight workstations, speed up product transfer and ensure a more continuous workflow.
This replacement and innovation journey demonstrates how automation can become a real tool for the evolution of a pharmacy: not just technology, but practical support for working better every day.
