Dr Edoardo, what prompted you to install a dispensing robot in your pharmacy?

The aim was clear: to improve stock management, minimise errors and make day-to-day work run more smoothly. Automation has enabled us to achieve all of this, whilst also taking advantage of tax incentives that have made the investment even more cost-effective.

 

Why did you choose a Pharmathek dispensing robot in particular?

Enormous. Previously, our warehouse assistant was almost exclusively occupied with logistics. Now she can also carry out other essential tasks. And when she’s not there – for example, on Saturdays – the dispensing robot operates autonomously, without any problems. The pharmacy never stops.

You chose to customise the dispensing robot with glass panels. Why?
